• Please note you can only return damaged products for an exchange.
  • If an exchange is not available a refund will be offered.
  • All damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Anything reported after 24 hours will not be exchanged/ refunded because we cannot verify damaged goods after this time.
  • You must provide us with photographic evidence of damage before we can process claims.
  • In some cases the exchange may take up to 30 days if the item needs to be produced again.
  • If your order is not delivered to the address stated by you within 40 days we will confirm this with our partner courier company and in this case a refund or exchange will be issued.
  • However, if an attempt is made for a delivery it is then your responsibility to arrange collection.
